After 2 weeks of pushing myself in the gym, drinking 3 litres of water every day, constant study reading and no drinking alcohol, I feel like I have come a long way already but we have only just started. It is good to adapt to what feels right for you which is why going forward my step goal for exercise will be 13,000 steps instead of 12,000 as I need to feel like I'm constantly improving and not just settling.
Constantly improving my running personal best is an incredible feeling and as the weather improves I want to start doing some outdoor running. My studying has fast tracked which is beneficial to what I want to achieve professionally.
Thank you everyone who has held me accountable so far, and please continue to do so, if I haven't posted something or it seems like I'm slacking please be on my back about it π
We keep pushingπͺπ»
P.S shout out to sneak for getting me through the testing gym sessions I've been putting myself through and study reading. Couldn't do it without it. If you want to get yourself some sneak, check out the link in my bio ππ» @sneakenergy
